Staffing is working with a local Manufacturing company in serach of a
Maintenance Technician Supervisor
Seeking a 2nd/3rd Shift, Supervisor Maintenance Technician for a
client company in the Des Moines Area. This will be a 2nd/3rd shift
position so flexibility with scheduling is needed!
The responsibilities of this position is to supervise the maintenance
personnel, trouble shoot equipment throughout the plant, oversee repairs to
ensure quality and timeliness of said repairs. Writing of procedures for
machine operations, operator checks, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements of this position: High school education, vocational schooling or
Junior Technical College training in electronics and/or equivalent combination
of education, training and experience. Must have experience and knowledge
of hydraulics, pneumatics and schematics required. Would prefer at least 5
years of experience working within a manufacturer setting.
